We know that this is out of the ordinary. We know this is different from what you might be expecting. We also know this might seem wrong in some way, but let me reassure you that it is not. We are starting something new, and something different. We want a new world, with new thoughts, and new dreams.
We want to build a community where people can come here to heal. We want you to be vibrant and whole. We want to help you in this process anyway we can. We want to welcome you if you are willing to be true to yourself, and true to others.
We aren't offering equality or equity. No one is equal in the same space as we all have our strengths and weaknesses. This is why it's imperative that we all work together, to help each other with our strengths, and to lift each other up in our weaknesses.
Some of us may not talk well, but we may be able to build. Some of us may not be able to work with numbers well, but we might be quick minded and full of ideas. This is how we work with each other in our strengths and weaknesses.
But as you see the word "work" keeps being mentioned. Nothing in this world is easy, and if you want something you have to work for it. No matter if that work is an 8 hour work day in an office job, studying to learn a new skill, or building something with your hands. We all have to work hard, and we all need to keep fighting for the things that we need and want.
So we are here now, and this is new territory for all of us. Let's walk this path together.
